Our rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff greeted us at the door and clearly walked us through everything we needed to know. The location was conveniently located on a square which made it very easy to fine and remember. The only downside was the we had a lot of luggage and when we needed to leave it, there was not a lot of storage in the space to do so. The staff made it work by putting things in cabinets though.

I picked to pay for my room at the property but they pre charged me so it was a pending charge on my card and then I had to pay in person. It was a pain in the butt and I have never had to deal with this before when choosing to pay at the property especially when I’m paying more to do pay when I get there. It was also very noisy outside making it hard to sleep. I also chose this property because I got VIP access and they didn’t do any of those benefits.

These rooms were nice and spacious and right in the heart of Florence which was a great location. However, don’t expect anything in terms of amenities besides a water dispenser and coffee machine.
