Wonderful stay in Florence

Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons: Internet. A little iffy sometimes.
Location: Located on the Piazza Della Signoria. Museums, shopping, restaurants as I said all within walking distance.
My daughter and I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive and Monica was SO helpful with all our questions and reservations for dinners, cabs etc. The hotel is located in a great location...walking distance to all the major museums, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely. Always a warm coffee cake, fruit, pastries, rolls, and also offered eggs cooked anyway you like. Rooms were clean and beautiful.
