The staff were absolutely phenomenal! Andre was responsive, kind, willing to work with us when we took a long day trip, and always friendly. He and another staff member helped us with our heavy bags and they helped us book another night when we wanted to extend our trip. The location was wonderful in accessing Firenze easily. We will stay here again on our next visit!

This hotel was nothing fancy, but it was adequate. The bathroom was the best part. It was very clean. Be prepared to walk up a large flight of stairs to get to your room. There is not desk staff there after 8:00pm, so we checked ourselves in. It would have been fine, except we couldn’t figure out the door lock for our room, at first. The staff person’s English wasn’t very good, so when I called for help, communication was a little tricky. He also seemed like he didn’t care if we could lock our door or not until he could see it the next morning. I was (obviously) not okay with that, so I kept talking to him on the phone until we figured it out. Otherwise, he was very helpful the next day in pointing out local attractions and gave us a fabulous recommendation on a restaurant to try. The hotel was very convenient to many attractions in the area, although Florence is small and very walkable, so most hotels are probably that way.

This hotel was great. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Our adult son was not feeling well and ourbroom was not ready yet. He was so nice and offered him the single room they had available so he can sleep and rest while our room was ready and we can walk around Florence. Everything was very clean snd the room was very soacious. It was within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer care, met us on check in and went through the map and local sites and recommendations over a free coffee. Very easy to contact in advance of arrival. Clean and spacious room. The hotel is off on a back alley which put us off at first. The location turned out to be very convenient. The hotel is no frills and doesn’t loon like the presenting photo. But it was fine for our needs. I would stay there again.

The ideal room for a city break; had everything needed and in a great location. The only downside is the soundproofing, every footstep in the hallway and on the stairs is insanely loud!
