A quiet little street around the corner from shopping and restaurants and bustling streets. Very close to the river Arno and the Ponte Vecchio as well as the other sites. Excellent place to stay!

Andrew the hotel manager was super helpful and friendly. However the image of the hotel looks nothing like the real thing eg it is not by water. Use google maps to find it, it is down a narrow alleyway conveniently near, well in, the very centre of Florence. Negative aspect is that there is a garage repairing cars on the lowest floor that can be noisy within working hours.

Hotel Esperanza is truly an amazing hotel! The rooms are super comfortable and very clean. Everything has been thought through for the guests' convenience. The staff, in particular, is so attentive, always trying to assist with anything. You really feel at home here. Also, the hotel's location is fantastic! It's very close to the city center, which makes it easy to get to all the places you want to visit. So, you're not only comfortable but also get a great opportunity to explore the city. In short, Hotel Esperanza is the perfect choice for those looking for both affordable and quality accommodation!

Quarto muito bom e localização excelente

A nossa estadia foi rápida, mas adoramos. O quarto era um tamanho super bom, tinha um espelho grande perfeito. O único problema foi o barulho continuo do ar condicionado, que tive a impressão que não estava funcionando normalmente. Para acessar a recepção e os quartos tem muitas escadas, então repense se você tiver muita bagagem. Mas a custo benefício foi muito bom, a localização é muito boa.
