This hotel was a nice surprise. Location; cant be nore central, oractically next to Duomo. Stand alone buildingc The hotel riooms are pristine clean njce view. Sтaff is very very nice! And it is vey inexpensive by all means

The front desk staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile. The room was immaculately clean and the bed comfortable. It's in a central location with everything on the doorstep. I would highly recommend and as a solo female traveller felt very safe.

Hotel Costantini is a true gem in the heart of Florence. Housed in a historic building just steps from the Duomo, it offers the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and location. The staff are incredibly welcoming and always ready with helpful suggestions, which makes the stay feel personal and memorable. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and decorated in a simple Florentine style that adds to the authenticity of the experience. What makes it even better are the on-site amenities: a restaurant on the 3rd floor serving delicious Italian dishes and a cozy lounge on the 2nd floor where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff here were amazing. Sonja was so helpful with information for my first time in Florence. The location could not be better -- immediately out the front door (and out one of the windows of the room) is the Duomo! The air condition was a life saver too, for the time of year I visited. This was exactly the type of lodging I needed for my first time in Italy.

This hotel is exactly as adverised and more! The air conditioning in our room was great, and we were surprised to find a mini fridge. Upon entering our room, a welcome gift of water, chips, and a mini prosecco were awaiting us which was greatly appreciated after a long, hot day of travel. All the staff members we came across were very friendly and helpful. The only things to note that were slightly less than ideal was that a little bit of water leaked out of the shower when being used, and the blanket for the bed was a bit too small and it didn't have a cover. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and we would certainly stay there again.

Location is fantastic !!! Walking distance to everywhere and you can rest a little bit in the middle of the day then go out again . The rooms are very basic , almost like dorm rooms. A/C worked well in our room but not in my kids room You self check in and enter your room with your phone . There some keys in the room but they are useless for entry into the building if the rooms . We did not used them but do not remember where we put them , so we were charged 5 euro / useless keys Please make sure you give these keys back . It is not like in the US.
