The check in was fast, however we were not given our breakfast coupons. We had to go retrieve them each day. The room was not the greatest. Dark and dirty!. Had some sort of stain on the ceiling.The floors were very dirty. And the lamp plugs between the beds didnt work. So to plug my phone in I had to pull the night stand out. Well that was a mistake. The wall was stained with god know what. And there was about a 1 inch layer of dust. It was disgusting. The beds were hard and old. Being a travel agent and staying in many Holiday Inns, I expected much better. However breakfast was great. And our waitress Tennessee was fantastic. And the pool was good.
