Apartment with a unique character thanks to the stylish and original details and the surprising mix of modernity and antiquity, youthful and urban. It can accommodate up to 7 guests, family or friends, with three double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.    Kitchen and living room is a unique spacious and bright    area and overlooks Via Faenza: the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning, wi-fi in the common areas and in the bedrooms. The apartment is located on the second floor, without lift, in the very central Via Faenza, in the San Lorenzo district, full of shops, restaurants, very close to the central station of Santa Maria Novella and the Central Market and the Medici Chapels.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
