This property really is a hidden gem. Very clean and staff comes in to clean at the same time everyday if you want it. There isn’t staff available all day, however they answer a text through the app quickly. Very roomy and perfect for my trip. I would stay again.

The accommodation is satisfactory. It features several rooms and a dining area with an espresso machine. My room was small, with a compact restroom. Guests should bring their own toiletries, as only soap and towels are provided. I also recommend earplugs due to early morning noise from external trash bins. The place is clean, the staff is friendly (though rarely present), and the location is decent, an easy walk from the square despite the distance.

Nice room and a great location, close to the city center and museums, with easy access to the train station by bus or tram. The room was mostly clean, although we noticed dust under the beds when our child’s toy rolled underneath. Also, despite being a B&B, breakfast during our stay was limited to coffee and tea bags. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

Maravilhoso!!! Chiara e Domenico são incríveis, muito atenciosos em todos os detalhes e respondiam rápido as mensagens, nos ajudando com várias dicas. O quarto é ótimo, espaçoso, confortável, bem iluminado, com espaço para malas e roupas e uma cama e travesseiros maravilhosos, além de roupa de cama e banho boas! O chuveiro é excelente, especialmente depois de um dia andando pela cidade. Todo o B&B é muito limpo e tem limpeza diária do quarto disponível. Destaques para a paz e silêncio do espaço garantindo um bom descanso, o elevador que ajuda a subir e descer com as malas, o café disponível para os hóspedes e a atenção da Chiara e Domenico nos deixando fazer check-in mais cedo e guardar as malas no último dia. Só tenho elogios e pontos positivos a destacar. A localização é excelente, a exatos 17min do Duomo a pé, perto para passear, mas longe do barulho e com confortos importantes. Uma dica para quem chega com malas é pegar o VLT T2 que deixa na rua atrás do B&B e te poupa muito perrengue. Nosso destino certo na volta a Florença!

The B&B is very well located very close to the city center (Duomo). Room is with modernized amenities, very nice shower and bathroom. Very comfy space and everything is super clean. The people we interacted with either on line or at the room were really nice with us. The person that cleans the room helped us get a Taxi to the airport, as our phone was having issues to connect locally. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Florence. Just make sure you read the instructions and get your room code before arriving to the building. The only funny thing is that is a B&B ( bed and breakfast) with no breakfast. But there are plenty of places for a nice coffee and pastries in the area.
