We showed up early hoping to just drop our bags and our room was actually ready! able to check in well before our time and it allowed us to enjoy another full day in Florence before our flight home in the morning. Front desk staff were super helpful with advice on what time to get to the airport (located 5mins away), called us a cab, and even had a bagged breakfast for us to take with us since we had to checkout at 4am!

The staff was wonderful and helped put us in another room when we discovered the toilet in our original room was broken and there was mold, mildew, and a broken shower door. The hotel we filthy and in a sketchy neighborhood. The hotel claimed to be part of the Best Western chain. It wasn’t; I think there’s some sort of trademark infringement happening here. I would avoid this place.

A decent airport hotel at a good price

This hotel looks like it may have been built in the 1960s/1970s. The room was not large, but the air conditioning worked fine, and the shower was great (it was July and it was hot in Italy). The dinner menu is short and this was perhaps the worst dinner I have had in Italy. But the breakfast buffet was great. I suppose this is an airport hotel and most guests stay one night, so it is good value for the price.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights. Overall, it was fine but not particularly memorable. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transport, which made getting around easy. The lobby looked nice, and check-in was quick. The room itself was clean, but fairly basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. The bathroom was small and could use some updating, but everything worked. Housekeeping did a decent job, although they forgot to replace some toiletries one day. Breakfast was average — not bad, but nothing to get excited about. A few more fresh options would have been nice. Staff were polite, though not overly warm or attentive.

We stayed here the night before an early flight the next morning. The location is so convenient near the airport and the complimentary parking was great. The best aspect of this hotel is the AMAZING STAFF! They are so accommodating- we had 3 rooms for our family and were all on the same floor. They were very helpful in arranging taxis to airport.

Nice to stay close to airport. Parking was sketchy being told to park in spots with No Hotel Parking on the signs. It worked out in the end, and the stay was nice. Room could use a bit of maintenance attention, however. I would stay here again.
