On the ground floor, the lounge/kitchen area has a table for 4 persons, a BZ sofa (140x190cm) and TV (French channels), 4-burner induction hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and ped, TOP fridge, mini-oven; a shower room with WC (shower cubicle, washbasin, washing machine).
The 2nd floor has a double bed (160x190cm), TV (French channels) and air conditioning.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a stone barbecue.
The pavilion is located on the Avenue des Garrigues, very close to the stop of the little train that takes you to the centre of the resort and the stairs that take you down to the beach in just a few minutes.

With its 8 kilometres of fine sandy beaches, Saint Pierre La Mer is a popular seaside resort. Part of the commune of Fleury d'Aude, this small village offers a delightful typical southern market on the seafront every day of the year. Not far from there, in the Clape massif, a protected natural heritage site: the exceptional gouffre de l'œil doux (gentle eye chasm) not to be missed, with a beautiful view of the sea and the lakes in the distance.
