Check-in was super easy. The house is absolutely beautiful and worked very well for our family reunion to celebrate our oldest daughter’s 40th birthday. Communication with managers was easy and quick. Highly recommend!!!

Incredible Home

We had an amazing stay at the Owl’s Nest. Two families with kids ranging in age from 9 months to 11 years old. King beds in all 4 rooms made the stay very comfortable. The bigger kids loved the huge game room in the converted detached garage. Very private but in a safe neighborhood. Loved morning coffee in the screened in porch. The kitchen was a dream, we cooked in most of our stay. Communication with owners was super easy and prompt. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful place for a getaway

The owners of this property really did a fantastic job of anticipating our needs before they arose. We really had everything we needed. The house was nice and clean and the finishes and details were beautiful and thoughtfully put together. The area and neighborhood is super nice. We’ll definitely be back again!

Beautiful House!!!

This place is incredible. Absolutely gorgeous home. They think of everything too (down to the little extra fans in each bedroom, which I love for noise). Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Saw deer, turkeys, highland cows, horses….fantastic!! We all wanted to move in 😆 thank you so much for letting us stay.

Luxury Getaway

Perfect location, luxury vacation! This beautiful home was so welcoming we had trouble leaving. Every amenity had been well thought out, from the snacks and coffee to the extra toothbrushes to the firewood. We had so much fun in the game room and cooking in the gourmet kitchen, having happy hour on the screened porch and enjoying the quiet mornings. A very special touch was the bag of coffee with a blend named after one of our family. Close to some great breweries and wineries as well. We are already thinking about a return trip.

Great Getaway!!!

Four couples, former neighbors, reuniting for a wonderful stay to catch up and explore the Asheville area and surroundings together. The house was just right, well-appointed, comfortable, and close enough to attractions in the area yet out in the country. Melissa was responsive and hospitable, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Beautiful, well-equipped property.

This is the 10th year this group of friends have been getting together to watch the super bowl. We choose a different location usually in NC, SC, VA or TN each year. All the properties have been nice, but this one made you feel right at home. The little extras scattered throughout the house were fantastic! From the 3 large canisters of goodies to the bag & K-cups of coffee brewed in Wake Forest, NC. Our hostess was great to work with and I'd highly recommend one of her properties. Can't say enough! Perfect get away, Spectacular house.

Gorgeous house, beautiful layout. Our friends annual mountain trip and I believe we have found the perfect house for our future trips. We had an absolute blast and plenty to do even on a rainy weekend. We plan on coming back to same location next year!

Great getaway

We had 4 couples all over 65. The house was perfect. Beautiful home, well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. We could not have picked a better place to stay. We will book this again next year. I personally loved everything about the house and our men really enjoyed the pool room.

The best!

First I have to give Melissa 10 stars. She was wonderful communicating with me. The home was so well designed and furnished. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The game room was a lot of fun and the hot tub was magical, especially at night. Beds were very comfortable. We spent a good amount of time in the screened in porch. Nature at your doorstep. You won’t be disappointed.

Like a 5 star hotel

This was the most beautiful, well appointed home we have ever stayed in. The setting, in the woods, is gorgeous. We hoped to see a bear, but sadly, did not. The home is very spacious. We were four couples and each had a large bedroom with private bath. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Everything disposable, paper towels, soap, trash bags, tp, laundry detergent, and even toiletries is provided. There was even wood for the fireplace and outdoor fire pit. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here with 3 other couples because it was close to the wedding venue that my daughter was getting married at. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and the house itself was very beautiful. It had lots of space for everyone and the game room garage was awesome. We really enjoyed the property and wish we had time to enjoy the hot tub. The keypad messed up the first day there but I texted the owner and she responded very quickly and got me a new code. I do think that the cleaners could have done a better job but overall we really enjoyed it and will definitely stay again if we need the space.
