Came to Asheville to visit Biltmore with a friend, something we do several times a year. We have stayed at various hotels and this was by far, the worst. Corners in the room especially the bathroom were caked with dirt, hair, and who knows what else. Almost as bad were the corners in the room. There was only ONE plug that worked in the room!!! No matter how we flipped switches, tried different chargers, etc we were limited to ONE plug. There was a plug in the bathroom but it was by the sink. There was barely enough room to leave a phone to charge it!! The ONE plug was on the table between the beds. We had to unplug the lamp (leaving the room dark except for the bathroom light) to plug in ONE phone. There was a plug bank on the table but only one of the plugs could be used. Very frustrating. Breakfast was a disappointment. Both the coffee and hot water were warm, certainly not hot. On our second morning, the trash appeared to not have been emptied, certainly the trash can wasn't wiped down. The fridge wasn't really cold so there is concern that the food may not have been kept at the proper temperature and could have spoiled. On the upside,it did appear that the tables and counter had been wiped down. The bed and pillows were comfortable, nothing exceptional. I do believe that someone had smoked while in that bed at a previous time. While the hotel is 100% no smoking, I think someone got by with a cigarette. Price was high considering. Will not return.

The door didnt lock all the way, there were stains all over the walls, the mirror was smudged everywhere. There were dead bugs in the corners and the floors were not vacuumed. The microwave did not worked it made a very loud noise when we attempted to use it. The curtains did not close all the way,the shower head was broken. Over all bad experience room was disgusting.

Worst property by far I have stayed. This is a motel with doors facing parking lots. No elevator for 2nd floor. Only a waffle maker and muffins for continental breakfast. Wifi did not work throughout the stay and staff kept making excuses. Smelly floor with open cracks and unhygienic bathrooms. The only good thing for me was location and good dining options nearby. Would not stay again

The room was clean and a good size for a solo traveler. The staff was excellent. A little noisy in the morning, and the hot water wasn't reliable. Bonus for beautiful sunrises. Very convenient location.

Spent 2 nights with my wife. The room was dirty. The floor was filthy, when I put the towel of the bathroom floor it turned brown. the AC button was broken and the writing on it was faded so we couldn't understand which mode the AC was on. The microwave was damaged and noisy, sounded like it was going to explode any minute. The area was fine and close to other stores and the highway. Overall, not worth the price.

Shuttle driver was awesome. Came early and very informative. Reception staff was courteous and answered all questions. Laundry room in poor shape; 2 out of 3 machines did not work. Good value for price. I'd stay again...no way my wife would!

They converted a eco lodge into a Quality Inn. The pictured they show you online where of remolded lobby. The building shot didn’t show the two story dumpy eco lodge building. The steps were cracked. My door had a crack in it that looked like it someone tried to kick it inn. Looked like a dump. My kid was in town from college. I had some business to attend to. Didn’t feel safe leaving my kid there. It was noisy.wasn’t worth the money. Best thing I did was check out at 9pm and go to a Holiday Inn that looked and smelted like heaven. We felt safe and it was only 20$ more. Expedia and the Hotel refused to give my money back even thiuh

When we walked into the room the smell of bleach was so overwhelming it nearly took our breath away. The room was very run down and there were many holes in the walls that had been patched up with spackling paste (very poorly done). There was also a hole in the bathroom door where it had been kicked in. The floor was so oily (residue from whatever they cleaned it with) that my socks were greasy from walking around the room in them. We decided to leave 3 days early and were informed that we would not be receiving a refund. Please be aware of the refund policy before booking. The price was great but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for “.
