Quirky and amazing. Had everything I could want for a comfortable and great stay. Worth noting that the mattress was on the very firm side, if that's important for you, but I would love to stay here again next time I'm in Flagstaff!

This property was great!!! Location was perfect, walking distance to downtown Flagstaff. Property was exactly as described, was great to be able to take my pets and plenty of room to roam around in the fenced yard. (there is a small break in the fencing on the alley side, so if you take your pets, be sure to watch them) communication with the host was fabulous… Extremely responsive and timely!! would highly recommend and I will definitely be staying again in the future!

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and well stocked and I really enjoyed how cozy and comfortable it is. The "garage" layout is artistically done, having the ability to open up the living area to enjoy the gorgeous Flagstaff fall weather was unique and a huge plus. We walked our Labrador nearby Thorpe park which was a short walk and into the beautiful Ponderosa forest on a easy access trail. Enjoyed our morning caffeine out on the big chairs with our dog.

Great little place with a fantastic location. Walkable to everything downtown, even walked to Lowell Observatory. In town to visit our son. Ample parking for him to drive over in the evenings to go downtown with us. We loved pulling up the garage door and enjoying the autumn weather from the living room. Everything we needed for a comfortable weekend was provided. Definitely will stay again! Thanks for everything!

Great place close to downtown!

Place was super cute - and love the back-story! Very comfortable, and a lot of amenities that came in very handy. We walked downtown several times due to the location, I would stay again!!

Joe's Garage

This was the perfect home base for my pup and I for the week. Perfect location for morning and evening walks to Thorpe Park and easy access to the FUTS trail system for bike rides. Have IG the garage space to store my bike and carrier was an added bonus and made for a good place space with the dog.

Great Place

My wife and I spent two days and nights in Flagstaff for our wedding anniversary. The shop was just as advertised. Great little place that has all you need for a short stay. You can even park in the full size garage attached to the shop if you wish. Full kitchen, comfortable living room, king size bed and GREAT bathroom. Loved the shower. It was cold when we went up, but still opened the garage door in the shop and enjoyed the weather. The only suggesting would be setting up a fence for dogs. The yard is shared with two other properties and one of the visitor had an unfriendly dog. I used some of the metal work in the yard to set up a make shift fence to separate them. So appreciative that we could bring our dogs. Highly suggest this place.

Really cute, comfortable, and convenient.

I only stayed here one night, but I had a great experience. It was easy to check in/out and the location is really convenient. The space was well designed for comfort and aesthetics. I appreciated the metal details throughout. I thought the cement floors would be cold since it's winter, but even standing on it with bare feet, the floors were comfortably warm. Having an attached garage was really nice and helped me feel secure since I was moving to another state and my car was full of stuff. Would stay here again for sure!

Hiking in the mountains

The garage apartment was exactly as described. Easy walk to downtown for dinner and shopping without having to pay for parking each trip. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Even got to open the garage door a few days and enjoy the Fall weather. Had a problem with the hot water heater but the owners were very responsive in answering our calls and getting the problem fixed ASAP. We will rent this apartment again if returning to Flagstaff.

nice & quiet

perfect spot for the two of us and our 14 year old pug. the neighborhood is great to walk around in and very quiet. would love to come back and enjoy the open air living room in better weather but we were very cozy and totally enjoyed an excellent early morning thunderstorm instead :3)

Great location

Great location with an easy walk to downtown Flag and NAU campus. Very comfortable renovated garage workshop. Able to roll up the door in the living area to enjoy the wonderful Flagstaff weather. The enclosed backyard was shared with the two other cottages on property, so we did have to keep our dogs on leads.

Fantastic Stay!

Have no doubts about staying here, a very clean, warm and cozy place with all the amenities. The weather was a bit too cold to raise the garage door, but I can imagine how fun it would be during the summer months to do so. Thank you for creating such a fun space!!
