Très belle maison malgré une petite déception sur la piscine

L'intérieur de la maison est vraiment très bien, l'espace cuisine-salon est agréable, les équipements nombreux et tout est récent. La climatisation est en plus en cas de forte chaleur. La terrasse est sympa (malgré les guêpes souvent présentes) avec la vue sur le jardin et les montagnes. Le défaut est la piscine qui n'est pas au pied de la terrasse et juste à côté des propriétaires ce qui nous a retenu d'y aller souvent. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et donnent des bons conseils sur les choses à faire dans la région. Globalement un bon séjour sans problème.

Bon accueil et bonne communication .Le petit moins : propriétaires sur place.

Bon accueil mais propriétaires sur place et donc pas libres de faire comme chez soi surtout pour la piscine, sonner la cloche et attendre l'autorisation des propriétaires pour se baigner. Je conseillerai plutôt à Yaka et François de faire chambres d'hôtes car très gentils et communicatifs....

Magnifique maison spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable, idéalement située pour visiter le sud de la Corse. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Yana et François et nos filles ont particulièrement apprécié le jardin.

Belle maison très bien située avec vue sur l’Omu Di Cagna. Terrasse superbe ! La maison est très bien équipée et le jardin est fabuleux ! Nos petits enfants ont particulièrement adorés les nombreuses tortues chouchoutées par les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons dans cette maison sans hésitation. Liebe Yana, lieber François, vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub in eurem Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön, es fehlte uns an nichts und ihr wart immer so lieb und freundlich. Eure Tipps für Ausflüge und Strände waren super. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in strategisch guter Lage

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Terrasse und einem herrlichen Blumen reichen Garten. Sehr nette hervorragend Deutsch sprechende Vermieter, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tips zur Verfügung stehen. Goldige Schildkröten auf dem großen Grundstück, von denen sich unsere Tochter kaum mehr trennen wollte. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche sehr schöne Strände, die nicht überlaufen sind und beim Schnorcheln den Fischreichtum entdecken lassen und abends unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge bieten. Das sehenswerte Bonifacio ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Binnen 1 Stunde ist man mitten in den Bergen, wo man nach einer schönen Wanderung in die ein oder andere erfrischende tiefe Badegumpe springen kann. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gemütlich und charmant eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick und herrlichem Garten!

Wir haben gemeinsam mit unseren drei Kindern eine tolle Zeit in dem komplett ausgestatteten Haus verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter Yana und Francois waren ausgesprochen entzückend und haben uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Sie sind auch sehr kinderliebend und hilfsbereit. Im Haus ist alles zu finden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist einfach wunderschön, Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, weil naturbelassene Strände und weitere Ausflugziele in naher Umgebung sind. Wir können dieses Haus wirklich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Grosszügiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge

Sehr schönes, grosses Haus mit toller, voll ausgestatteter Küche. Der Garten ist herrlich bepflanzt und weitläufig, der Blick in die Berge wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, kinder- /hundelieb und unaufdringlich, sprechen hervorragend deutsch und geben super Ausflugstipps. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (4 und1) und 1 Labradormix. Für Kleinkinder ist die offene Wendeltreppe eine Gefahrenquelle und das Kinderzimmer evtl. etwas zu weit weg, da es sich im hinteren Teil des Erdgeschosses befindet. Das Elternschlafzimmer befindet sich oben auf der Galerie mit tollem Panoramafenster mit Blick in die Berge. Es ist also zum Wohn/Essraum hin kein abgeschlossener Raum. Ein Kinderstuhl ist nicht vorhanden, aber ein Babyreisebett. Der Garten ist nicht komplett umzäunt, man sollte also eine Schleppleine für den Hund mitnehmen. Man sollte wissen, dass die Vermieter am anderen Ende des Gartens in einem Wohnwagen leben und das Wohnhaus im Winter selbst zum Wohnen nutzen. Unter dem Ferienhaus befindet sich noch ein Appartement, welches die Vermieter selbst nutzen oder an Bekannte/Verwandte vermieten. Neben dem Wohnhaus schliesst noch direkt ein weiteres, kleineres Ferienhaus an. Der Garten wird zum Teil von den Vermietern bewirtschaftet, es gibt Hühner und direkt am Ferienhaus Schildkröten, was für unsere grosse Tochter das Highlight war. Es gibt eine Schaukel im Garten und in der Nähe des Wohnwagens einen Teich und Bach mit vielen Fröschen, Fischen und z.T. Wasserschildkröten. Man kann mit einer Schaukel über den Teich schwingen. Die Vermieter haben eine Malteserhündin namens "Baby", die uns fast jeden Tag besucht u viel Zeit bei uns verbracht hat. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Zuletzt gibt es noch eine weisse Katze mit einem blauen und einem grünen Auge, welche sich gern streicheln lässt. Man sollte sich also darauf einstellen, dass sich häufiger mal diverse Leute und auch Nachbarshunde im Garten aufhalten und man diesen nicht allein zur Verfügung hat. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 2,5 km weit weg, das Meer 15-20min.. Nahezu an allen Stränden ist das Mitbringen von Hunden erlaubt. Die Korsen sind sehr hundefreundlich und es gibt dort viele Hunde. Zum Flughafen in Figari ist es nicht weit, da aber wenig Flugzeuge tagsüber fliegen, stört der Fluglärm kaum. Ein Restaurant ist zu Fuss zu erreichen, eine Auberge, wo es auch mittags ein Menue gibt, ist in 500m Entfernung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, würden das Haus wieder buchen. Merci beaucoup!

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben im Juni eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig, bietet notwendigen Komfort, vor allem die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze sehr angenehm, Wlan funktionierte sehr gut, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Terrasse konnten wir genießen, mit Blick in den blühenden Garten, im Hintergrund Berge. Die Schildkröten direkt unterhalb der Terrasse fütterten wir gerne mit Salat. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Location très agréable, centrale (en extrême sud Corse), au calme et bien aménagée...On s'y sent comme chez soi. Jardin vert, fleuri avec tortues, lapin, poules et une balançoire pour le bonheur des enfants. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très gentils, très disponibles (si besoin) mais très discrets (ils logent tout au fond du terrain). Merci à eux...

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et au calme.

C'était un excellent séjour à l'Ipomée. La maison correspond bien au descriptif. Nos "grands" enfants ont aimé les animaux du jardin. Les propriétaires sont disponibles tout en étant discrets. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu de bons conseils pour nous guider dans la découverte de la Corse du sud. Nous sommes enchantés. Nous avons adoré les rivières naturelles du Cavu, les plages de sable blanc , les fonds transparents, le sentier de la tour d'Olmeto mais aussi l 'accès rapide à la baie de Figari pour la planche à voile. Nous reviendrons.

Tout simplement parfait

Nous avons passé 11 jours à l'ipomé Très bien située pour visiter les différents points d'intérêts géographique du sud Corse,il est très agréable après une journée bien chargée de pouvoir décompresser au frais dans cette maison neuve et bien équipée. Mon fils et ma femme ont adoré pouvoir aller nourrir les tortues terrestre dans leur enclos en contrebas de la terrasse.(le point négatif étant qu'il va faloir maintenant que je trouve une ou deux tortue afin de les installer dans notre jardin. Lol) Et le petit plus qui a son importance,les propriétaires sont adorables et ne sont pas avares de petits gestes agréable et de bon conseils pour vous faire connaître leur iles. Erholung - Genuss - Sehnsucht zum Wiederkommen

Korsika ist eine Reise wert und wenn man dann noch auf so ein schönes Ferienhaus und solche lieben Vermieter trifft, dann kann der Urlaub nur noch schön werden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt - wir wuden gut betreut, bekamen Vorschläge für Unternehmungen und Tipps für tolle ruhige Strände. Die Vermieter wohnen ganz in der Nähe und sind immer ansprechbar aber man ist trotzdem für sich und bemerkt sie nur, wenn man auch will. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, im Haus genauso wie im Außenbereich. Obwohl Korsika ein Traum ist, sind wir auch mehrere Tage am Ferienhaus geblieben und haben die Ruhe, den Ausblick von der Terrasse und auch das Haus genossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und hoffen sehr auf ein Wiedersehen
