One of the best places i have ever been , close to everything.. restaurants .. hospitals .. the beaches.. friendly stuff.. clean apartment.. beautiful view from level 4 wow. I recommend this place to everyone 5 stars

Liveable but not with families.

Checking in: I was disappointed as there is a sign saying 15 minutes will be back and it was there for the duration of the stay. So when checking in at night, luckily i didnt trust it and found a neaby hotel with a different name (Kayi Hotel), by chance they were connected. I had to pay before being allowed to check in but the card machine wasn't working and they tried my cards more than 5x. I was worried it would get blocked and also my wife and babies were waiting at the original apartment reception so they too were getting worried why o had gone so long. In the end luckily i had some cash and they took it and the kind lady eventually gave me the key. Cleanliness: Floor was really dusty, feet would be black just by walking a few steps. Really need to be introduced to a mop. Electricity kept on cutting out and I had to keep using the main electric fuse board to put on the fuse again. Happened at lesst 10x in 3 days. Drawers were dirty with a broken handle, also light was dusty. Bathroom was decent. Amenities: No slippers or washing machine as advertised, washing machine was in a communal area (no powder). Overall: Liveable if going with a few friends and good location, next to a supermarket and not far from the water where you can go for a nice walk with decent restaurants. There is no beach however. If it wasnt a family trip I would rate 6.5/10 but now 5/10.

Дёшево, сердито и мало сервиса.

Квартира была не готова, хотя мы приехали позже времени заселения и предварительно уточнял, можем ли заселиться. Бронировали на 3 человека, в итоге они не положили постельный принадлежности для третьего человека. Английский почти не понимают. Состояние апартаментов удовлетворительно за эти деньги. Но сервис плохой.

Good value and comfortable

Good nice apartment in good location and easy parking. Only problem was the sensors for the automatic lights in the hallways were faulty so the lights didn't always come on. There is nt delay between removing the keycard from the power slot and the light goes off straight away, so you have to fiddle to open the door in the dark. Otherwise really nice new place

The appartement was really nice with a pretty bathroom an good room but the owner don't speak english. We have a big problem the first night with cockroaches and every night after . We never bring some food but we had to buy a Raid, Reimburse by the owner . The situation is great about few minutes from the sea . Too bad that they have cockroaches .The appartement would be perfect for many days without it.

Sorry I have to complain but someone wrote a review to say there was not enough utensils but there were hardly any. no kettle,cups glasses or knives and forks. there was one knife, no forks and only one teaspoon except for tiny ones. We normally just get on with what we are given but we had to buy 2 cups and 2 glasses. Lovely apartment, clean and the people looking after it were lovely. Kim

The room was not bad, it was ok. But comparing to the price its over priced. Non english speakers stuff except when i had to pay, there was a gentleman knocking on the door yelling "money... money". I was trying to ask for shampoo and body shower gel, what i got was one of each for a family of four! Entrance, halls and other lamps was not working, imagine with a stroller and you need to guess where are you going! Small details would made a huge difference!!
