Poor experience

The hotel insisted that I pay another $50 Euros because my boyfriend was with me. We did not have breakfast and the room was below average. I would not recommend anyone go to this hotel.

There are 4 different Alesta hotels in Expedia but actually there is one big building along with residences. This is extremely confusing for the first timers. After that there is no beach anywhere close but 15mins away with car (6km) and with sea shuttle 4 times a day. The pool is a joke, it is a big bathtub. And don’t stay in the 4th floor because wall is so thick you cannot sleep within breakfast times because of the noises from 5th floor (restaurant).

Nice place in front of Fethiye harbor. Great for people planning to take ferry trips. We got a beautiful big room which is as big as a suite. The only thing with Elesta Residence is that there is no elevator.

Excellent front desk Manager and very cordial and helpful staff. The sea view from the family room was worth the cost. The breakfast was good. Location was ideal. The balcony of the family room was spacious with quality furniture. The only flip side was the AC light on the roof top which was a little annoying at night. Overall the experience was perfect.

Kara olarak verilen odalar ne yazıkki karaya değil daireye bakıyor ve bu odalar çok karanlık. Rahatsız olduğumuz için odamızı değiştirdiler. Kahvaltıda personeli biraz lakayt. Ayda hnm dışında. Kahvaltı devam ederken personelin masaya oturup çay içmesi, birşeyler yemesi hoş değil.
