The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious and the people working the breakfast were very friendly. There was one incident where there was throw up in the elevator, but once it was addressed, they cleaned it up immediately. It’s a very convenient location.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and attentive, the pool and arcade area were very large and even though there were quite a few people in the pool it did not seem crowded. The breakfast buffet was fine for a quick breakfast and was well stocked.

The entire staff are very friendly and attentive to you needs. The bar/restaurant was very convenient and the bartenders Bonita and April were great. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and fine for a quick breakfast. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Holland area.

Location is convenient, near restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff is super friendly. Hotel property was clean and had bright lighting in all areas. Modern and updated. Room was clean, smelled good and the bathroom was spotless. Pool area was the best we’ve been too, and the second hot tub outside was amazing! My kids usually only want the hot tubs because pools are freezing, but not this one! It was heated nicely, making it enjoyable. It was actually stocked with towels too! Breakfast area was efficient, loved the full walk around stations and multiple waffle makers! Bummer the onsite restaurant was closed during our stay for renovations, but we went to their affiliated restaurant Big E’s, which was good. My only negative would be the elevator- It was very slow and cold, which wasn’t fun after the pool. I didn’t mind taking the stairs but the kids, not so much… honestly, this was a great hotel and we would absolutely stay here again!

Staff was very nice. Pool and hot tub were maintained well, staff was on top of keeping adult hours at the pool. Sucked that the bar was closed. Only thing that sucked was we came at the time of a gymnastics competition and kids were in the halls just screaming even after making a noise complaint when screaming after 11pm.

I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. When arrived, was told Ridley that it was closed for renovation. The hotel was very busy, we were looking for a quiet place to relax and play some cards. As all community areas were busy and loud. I ask if we could use the empty restaurant. Response was no, state law prohibits the space to be used. Again rudely. Struggle in the other very loud area. Took a beer down, and was immediately earmarked by employee. Several others drinking non hotel purchased beers, but somehow I was targeted. I ask to see identification, as I was unsure she worked for hotel. She refused. I reluctantly handed over my one beer. Again, as I watched other pull alcohol from their coolers. Next morning we went to a very crowded breakfast, and guess where it was. In the restaurant supposedly under renovations, which state law prohibits it use. I will never use this Hampton Inn or for that matter any other Hampton Inn. Not a customer friendly place.
