Embassy Suites by Hilton Huntsville
"My only problem was our tv wouldn’t work in the bedroom. I put in 3 requests(1 by phone to front desk and 2 in person at desk) The time this all happened was the second day of my stay from before lunch until 5pm when I requested a new room. Staff was friendly but no urgency to repair issue. That kind of thing ruins the experience of a hotel stay. My wife being chronically ill, likes the tv on while she is in bed. I am not sure we be back when we go back to UAB. As a member, I have always been greatly satisfied with Hilton properties. Hampton inns are always consistent."
