Great cozy condo with a good floor plan and plenty of parking. Located close to campus with areas of interest and activity. We enjoyed the old town Fayetteville, biking the Razorback Greenway, and gravel biking in the countryside. All of this plus warm and friendly people! Thanks

Razorback central!

Perfect location for all Razorback events, within reasonable walking distance to every field/stadium, Bud Walton pretty much shines through the windows. Incredible hosts, kind and courteous. Will absolutely be checking in for availability for future trips to Fayetteville. Thank you again!

Beautiful, super clean town home so close to Razorback Stadium and campus. Usually, the pictures in home listings don't truly reflect the true condition of the rental, but in this case, the property was very clean and in excellent condition as shown in the pictures. The home was roomy, and the 2.5 baths were nice as our family of five could easily get ready to leave for the day or get ready to turn in for the night. We also loved the fact that the property was so close to the University stadium and campus, which made it easy to make an appointment on campus on time. We will defintely be staying here again.

We have stayed at and owned several vacation rental properties. This home shined - literally. We could not quit talking about how clean and uncluttered it is. The location was the primary reason we rented the home. It did not disappoint. We walked everywhere. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Kelly responded immediately with the 2 questions I had. If 10 stars were available I would have given the property 11.
