Upon check in I asked about side entrances and was told by the front desk agent “the side entrance doesn’t usually work so you’ll have to use either the main or other end”. Well the end that wasn’t working was near my room and near where I parked. After check in I went to my room and began to relax. Undressed, showered, laid down on the bed and just watched some tv. Without notice or warning, the person who had checked me in used a key and walked right in the room. I was sitting in the bed in shock and he just stood in the open doorway staring at me. I asked what he was doing and he said he didn’t know anyone was in the room (mind you he is the same person who had JUST checked me in and made my keys!) and I said I don’t understand why you would ever walk in a room without knocking, especially if you didn’t know if someone was in it or not! He tried to stumble around saying something about housekeeping not updating their logs, and then finally left the room. Later, I went to my car to grab some items and decided to try the broken door anyway. It opened right up with no key or anything. That was awful!! I felt unsafe and unsettled the rest of my time there.

We were passing through on our way home from our vacation. The Super 8 was inexpensive and right off the interstate.

This is a nice hotel but some of the information about it on the listing is incorrect. I asked for a crib for my daughter, which the listing says that they provide upon request, but when I got there the agent at the front desk looked for one and couldn't find one. He spoke to his manager who told him that they hadn't had any for years. So I am rather upset at having been misled. The agent ended up having to move me to a different room with two beds so that my daughter would have a place to sleep, although she is only 7 weeks old so it was dangerous to put her in a full size bed by herself. Stay here if you're by yourself or with another adult but the hotel is not family-friendly.

Not going to lie it looked sketchy! As we pulled up there were a few people smoking outside and a bunch of work trucks. The front desk clerk wasn't very happy to be there when we checked in. He mumbled through the entire check in. Rushed the process of signing the documents and was ready to take them before I had finished signing. The lobby had a strong smell it was a mixture of cigarette smoke and deodorizer. However, room was very nice! Very clean. Very impressed. I'd come back and stay for our next visit to Fayetteville.

No elevator. We didn’t expect that! Not published! A downer from start! Then my room was Strong with smoke smell! Blanket had burn holes. Lock box didn’t work. Moms room Dirty! Phone had ? Smears on it & didn’t work.bed spread had burn holes! Dirty rooms! TV didn’t work until the only desk clerk went to fix. Busy! Completely booked weekend! 1 desk clerk Fri., Sat.,Sun.! Maintenance man babysitting child. Male clerks seemed Lazy! On phone always! We will never stay there again! 👎Worst hotel!
