Not a pleasant experience.

I was in town on business and stayed in a king suite at $160 per night for 12 days. From day one I have had better service and treated more like an appreciated customer at MOTEL 6 in past years than at Comfort INN IN FESTUS MISSOURI. MANAGEMENT not polite, customer service not 🤔 very good..would not recommend staying here ! I will be returning to the area on business again in a few months, and will definitely be staying at a different hotel.

I've stayed here before, but this time was a little different. I was on the 2nd floor. The towels were clean, but were the kind of towels you get for the pool. There is no pool. Small, rough, and itchy. Couple big stains on the carpet in the room. One small soap to take from the sink to the shower...The breakfast was very good.

Nice location in Festus. For some reason, hotels are pricey there, but it may just be the new normal. Good stop.

Toilet didn’t flush, clogged up easy. Breakfast was mid, didn’t have anyone refilling the food. Front desk lady was rude when I called to confirm our room. No pool, gym only had two things to do. Pricing was way more than it was worth. Won’t be going back.

Cost was higher, expected it to be nice. Loud outside vehicles 5am. Poor, small TVs. Breakfast very disappointing, tiny bowls for cereal, no fruit. We do not recommend.
