Checked in to hotel at 11pm and the front desk clerk was rude and unfriendly. Got to the room, turned down the bed and found multiple pubic hairs and stains on the sheets. My wife and immediately contacted the front desk and was told that she would need to get back to us. We decided to cancel our stay due to cleanliness and when I asked for my credit card to be refunded the front desk clerk became very rude, threatened to call the police and refused to credit my card. My wife and I left the hotel and will never book a room at any Ramada Inn hotels ever again!!!

Property photos must have been from 10 years ago current property is not maintained as I would have expected from a Wyndham resort. Room was lacking accommodations and features including missing paintings on the wall furniture.

Property is dated small details. Fixtures I bathroom are all loose. Faucet on tub is so hard to turn I had to do it for my wife. No safety bars on tub that was slippery. Tub is decades old and still has manufacturing label on it. Breakfast is ridiculous. All packages fatty foods. No fruit. Orange juice cam out as hot as the coffee. And the ramp off the highway to the hotel that is blocked off so you don’t have access to the roads leading to restaurants and town. Gates across parking lots. Bedding was clean but ridiculous half size pillows.

I like the property just fine, I feel safe there, they are very accomodating. What I don't like is the parking, they have the parking lot locked, so you can't get to your car easily, depending on how you arrived there. We always get a room on the opposite side of where we parked. (twice this year) If they would open the gate, we could park where it is convienent for us.
