"The staff were friendly. The hotel was absolutely bare bones, not even a picture on the wall. It felt like a cell. It was loud in the reception and with cigarette and weed smoke all around the entrance door from the people congregating there."

"Location was great. In my opinion not really an apartment. Pretty much a hotel room with fridge and microwave. Both unused. No real complaints. A couple of things need addressing in the bathroom. Loose hot water tap. Loose towel rack. Nothing major but for the price it could be better. Don't think I would use again."

"Everything was great breakfast good apart from breakfast this morning and elderly couple the man's wife i think she had a disability because she was crouching while walking and it just didn't need male and female members of staff that wer on this morning only the 2 wer there mimicking the old lady pretty annoyed what I saw won't be staying again"

"Clean and comfortable room with useful amenities like in-room electric kettle and hair dryer. The Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were consistently polite and accommodating. The young lady who checked us in was personable and exceptionally helpful, particularly in attempting to resolve problems connecting our phones, iPads and laptop to the hotel's WiFi. Clearly though, there was something wrong with the hotel's WiFi hub(s) as we have not experienced difficulty at any of the 6 other places we stayed in our travels through Scotland, or for that matter even on any of the ScotRail trains we rode, or open public WiFi routers. Even when we did get connected, download and upload speeds were exceedingly slow, suggesting some problem with the Inn's WiFi. I'm also not fond of Premier Inn's loose-sheet toilet paper, or the fact that the shower-in-tub was so slippery when wet that we didn't dare to shower for fear of falling. A non-slip shower mat, or perhaps adhesive no-slip stickers would be welcome. That said, our 1-night stay was still pleasurable on the whole given the efforts of the staff, cleanliness of the premises and comfort of our room."

"This rental fell short in several key areas. The collection instructions were confusing and unclear—they're at Nisa, but this wasn't communicated directly. Upon arrival, the property wasn't clean, which delayed check-in until 7 PM. We were forced to return keys for the period despite no one else using them, which felt unnecessary. The property had significant maintenance problems: the main bathroom sink doesn't drain properly, and the ensuite bathroom was noticeably dirty and mouldy. Basic amenities were also missing; there was no roasting tin. To top it off, only one set of keys was provided. Overall, inadequate communication, poor cleanliness, unresolved maintenance issues, and limited amenities made for a frustrating stay."

"Very well appointed flat in Falkirk with many restaurant options to choose from. Host is very responsive. Lots of amenities in the flat. It is a walk up on the third floor with no elevator so if you have heavy bags, it can be a bit of a work out but other than that, everything was perfect."
