I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Chase Park Plaza in the Central West End of St. Louis, and as always, it exceeded my expectations! Having stayed here for years, I can confidently say that this hotel is an elegant and rewarding place to stay. The facilities are truly beautiful, combining historic charm with modern amenities. Each visit feels special, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the property. One of my favorite experiences during my stay was dining at the Tenderloin Room. The food was exquisite, and the atmosphere was perfect for a lovely evening out. Additionally, the bar experience was enjoyable thanks to the fantastic bartenders, Sean and Sara. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home while we enjoyed our drinks. I also want to extend a special shoutout to Brenda and Harold, who consistently provide exceptional service. Their friendliness and professionalism are always a highlight of my visits! Overall, the Chase Park Plaza is a gem in St. Louis. With top-notch service, beautiful surroundings, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, I can't recommend it enough. I look forward to my next stay!

They made my daughter's birthday extra special with a surprise balloon, note and treat box in our room. I did not appreciate having to pay to park $40 after spending so much on the room that seemed like too much. Parking should be complimentary for hotel guests. I also would have liked access to sign in to our own streaming services on the TV. We had planned to watch a late night movie together and could not. Overall the staff was excellent and we love the location!

Our three days were magical as our stay was to celebrate my husband’s 82nd birthday. Although all the staff was great, Anne at the front desk was exceptional! This was our 1st time in St.Louis, it was great! Easiest check-in ever!! Everyone was friendly! My teenagers loved it! We were a little bummed bc of the rainy weather, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but overall a beautiful hotel and it was a great experience! &&& If y’all need ice, it’s on the 3rd floor.
