Explore a captivating 17th-century country home offering a charming holiday rental set in spacious grounds. This ancient abode radiates historical charm, boasting a 12 x 6 m shared swimming pool amidst beautiful gardens, to be enjoyed alongside the owners.



This enchanting property features a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, and a comfortable bedroom. The outside area includes a shared swimming pool, around 50m from the property, along with a terrace shaded by a large chestnut tree, and a vast park adorned with lawns, trees and flowers, providing a serene escape.



Note:

- The property, a 17th-century charterhouse, is inhabited by the owner and includes a caretaker's house within the park.

- The owner, discreet and attentive, primarily uses the swimming pool when holidaymakers are absent, ensuring privacy for guests.



La Chartreuse is located not far from one of the beautiful villages of France "La Bastide d'EYMET", peaceful setting in the countryside, but not isolated.
