Overall a nice trip to the Cove. Check in was a bit of a hassle we didn’t get in our room until after 4 pm, and to get that I had to go to the front desk several times. Heat in our room didn’t work. Other than that everything was nice, great property and staff is friendly.

After a lot of problems with the booking was pleasantly surprised at check in. Requested an early check in and as soon as we arrived the room was ready. The view from the room was beautiful and room was cleaned and turned down everyday. The shuttle service was great and we used it a lot. Never waited more than 5 minutes. The water park was a lot of fun and we enjoyed it all. My kids did the swim with the dolphins and for the price I don’t think it was worth it. Very short and not a lot of interaction. The pictures also so expensive and not great quality. Overall the place is great but next time would try Baha Mar just because the customer service was lacking at Atlantis.

95 dollar breakfast for 1 - didn't like. Just some of the prices are ridiculous. I get it, you have to pay for the quality of your resort but some things were just flat almost extortion. Lol. Because Noone is going to hop in a cab and cross the bridge to get water doesn't make it ok for you to charge 8 dollars a liter. Cmon. Otherwise I love the place. Thank you

Paradise island is no joke. This is the most beautiful place on earth and the most incredible vacation. Everything was excellent. Shout out to the DJ at the pool who understood the assignment very well. The dining options were fantastic, the table games at the pool were fun, and the water park is the cherry on top. And I didn’t even mention the stunning beach. Will definitely be coming back!

Cove it was perfect for me and husband, did have little trouble to get to the room around 4pm and even I told the front desk employee that I don’t feel comfortable to stay on first floor, he gives me a first floor which thanks to Felisha on reception area was able to put me on 4 floor, she helped as with dinner reservations and all other arrangements, she gets 10 from as, menus on poll area was a mess because we were getting charged more than the prices on the menu, friendly staff, restaurant prices were to high. Other than that everything was good.

This was my first time staying at the Cove. I celebrated my birthday there. I have stayed at other resorts in Atlantis, but the Cove is by far the best..in my opinion. The Cove is luxurious, majestic scenery, and exceptional property conditions and facility. The thing i was most impressive was the staff's hospitality, professionalism and friendliness. Their service was exemplary. They treated me with kindess, professionalism and were very accommodating . I felt like I was among family. I really enjoyed the convenience of the shuttles and taxis, restaurants, and the adult pool and private beach. Perfect vacation, birthday celebration. I felt very safe at the Cove and the island. First off, the resort is nice. Grounds meticulously kept. Plenty of pools and beaches etc. The room was very nice also, reminded me of the Venetian in Vegas. The problem is that Atlantis seems to think it’s the Ritz Carlton but it’s not. Just because there is a Christian Louboutin in the lobby doesn’t give you the right to charge a fortune for a simple breakfast. I travel extensively and have stayed at several 4-5 star hotels and resorts and this, my friends is not that. When I checked in my room was not ready so I was asked to explore and I would be called. My wife and I stepped into Sea Glass for a drink. 3 rum and diet cokes cost me an unusual amount of money. Now, I’ve spent this much before but there was either a spectacular view, live entertainment (or my waitress was topless) I got none of those things. This is just an example of the many ways in which the price point is just off. Simply put: you’re in the Bahamas, not Monaco, not St Bart’s and not Aspen.
