Great stay

Family trip. Heated pool always a plus. Had a couple of special requests and they accommodated both of them. Complimentary full breakfast. Owner was there and he was very hands-on helping in the kitchen with the kitchen staff.

My only 2 issues were - strange shower control that made getting hot water confusing BUT better warm than too hot. - no grab bars - even one would help OTHERWISE La Quinta met expectations and was NICE!!!

the bathroom was dirty, someone had started painting but was never finished some was grey some white, they only cleaned the room 1 day, coffee was never put in the room from the first day, we had reserved for 3 only had towels for 2. on Saturday morning we went to eat breakfast, and the scrambled eggs were from the day before, dried out and tasted like rubber. I said something they must have heard me, within a few seconds someone came and got the left over eggs and they were replaced in about 10 min. I was disappointed cause we have stayed at La Quinta inn's before with good experiences but this was not at all. the kids that ran the place were very kind and sweet, would get what we asked for that wasn't left in the room as it should have been but, The point is we shouldn't have had to asked. just disappointed in this La Quinta.

We were followed into the elevator by a stranger and figured out what room we were in and left a very inappropriate note. We told front desk and she didn’t seem to be concerned as were about it, they didn’t have any extra rooms but we no longer felt safe. It’s been 3 days and I have yet to get my refund for my whole weekend stay or get anything from the manager. Truly the worst experience.

Our room was right across from the ice machine so it was very noisy all night as we heard people getting ice. The room itself was ok. The bathroom needed updating and there was long hairs in our bathtub! The free breakfast was great tho!!!! Staff were friendly! Overall average. Was a place to rest our heads at night.
