Good luck getting any sleep here. The place smells terrible. Its extremely noisy and appears to have some vagrancy going on in the area. Would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy and will not book again.

Total screw up on checking in. Clerk couldn’t figure out how or how much to charge us. We ended up being charged 3 times and 2 different amounts for one night stay. Still trying to get that straightened out. Also she wasn’t particularly friendly.

Nice place to stay on your travels.

Very nice place, well maintained and clean. Did have an issue with original room, light in the bathroom was out but reception found a replacement room that was on the bottom floor. Since I am handicapped, and originally requested a bottom room, this was helpful. People were friendly and easy access to the freeway to get back on the road after staying. Breakfast was nice,was a little disappointed there was no juice.

My daughter and I spent last night at Quality Inn Evanston, WY. Our room was filthy. Walking in our room turned the bottom of my socks black. Trash and items from prior travelers left in place. Deadlock on door did not work. I did not feel safe. When telling staff about these things, they were totally unresponsive; smiled at me and said we did not understand the lock. (Not so! The lock would not engage at all.). When I chatted with a couple in the breakfast room, they felt the same way about their room. Breakfast room filthy also. Wish I could get a refund. It’s unusual for me to complain, but this was unlike anything I have ever encountered.

Did not like having a second building to walk across a big parking lot to breakfast. The power strip was too short didn’t have everything plugged in. There are no cell phone US B or C plug ins I paid a lot more for this one with less, and the last quality and I paid less and got more
