Located above the most frequented shops on Spring Street in the historic district, you don't have to go far to get home once you need a break, and you will.
Relaxation is our specialty. We are pros at chilling and taking it easy and chances are you deserve it.
Furnished with a quality king-size bed this well decorated bedroom will be a much appreciated treat after a day of walking down winding "turn of the century" sidewalks or hiking our great trails.
A full bathroom and kitchen packed with all the comforts of home.
Find secret stashes, our way of making you feel spoiled and investing in your early return to the "Nest".
Hang out in the living room and watch a large flat screen tv with Netflix to binge on all the movies you want and a PlayStation, complete with games!
Cook a nice meal together in the fully equipped kitchen, or cozy up in bed for a long night of snuggling!

Weekend Getaway

Eureka Springs is one of our favorite places to visit for a quick weekend away. This VRBO was just perfect. We were close to everything and the room was better than expected. Very clean and comfortable. We were walking distance from literally everything. Hannah was amazing to deal with, and we'll definitely being staying here again!!!

This was our second stay with Night Owl. This stay was at their other building, then the last stay, and we loved it just as much. Convenient location, basically dead center of the historic area in Eureka Springs. Having a parking location adds to the ease of the stay. All of the night owl rooms are well maintained and I’ll return for another stay in the near future. Hannah is always friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect long weekend

My husband and I spent a long weekend in Eureka Springs. Night Owl was perfect for us. Located over a shop, we could easily walk everywhere downtown. The apartment is quiet, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely recommend.
