Very clean, updated and well stocked. Aspen was responsive to emails and helpful. Excellent location. Reserved parking was especially nice. Once parked, walk around to the left of the building and up the stairs. Digital keypad is convenient - just be aware once inside to make sure door is locked. It took me a minute to confirm it was locked bc door opens from the inside whether it’s locked or not. Will definitely return!

This is our second time staying at Villa1 at Sweet Spring! It’s so spacious with all of the amenities, very clean, a big comfy bed and so close to our favorite parts of Eureka Springs! Highly recommend!!

We loved everything about our stay! First of all the place was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect…quiet but also a close walking distance to all that downtown offers. We have been visiting Eureka Springs once a year for as long as I can remember and we will definitely stay here again!

The property was as described in the listing. The road leading to the parking are is very steep and some of the area at the top of the hill look a bit sketchy but the property is nice. Parking lot is tight during the daytime. The living spaces is updated and cozy and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The only negative is that there was only a half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so you may need to bring some of your own.

The patio area was the best! We loved the 2nd floor overlook, privacy it offered, and never moved our car during our stay. Prime location & steps to main area. Great pub across the street & eatery next door. Wonderfully comfy bed & a reserved parking spot was a big plus. Aspen was wonderful with all communications.

A most impressive property. Great place to stay. Just a few minutes from the downtown area with shops and places to eat. Was able to get in some good walking with the trails of Eureka. Close to other beautiful attractions as well in the area. We have family that lives in the area and were able to visit with them in the lovely sitting area of the room. Would love to book again for the next visit up. Great Place!

Great location for a stay in Eureka Springs. The parking is a great perk, in addition to the little patio space! You’re close enough to everything without being on the main road (with the noise). The space inside is perfect for two. Just watch your shins on the bed frame - the corners at the foot of the bed stick out!

Very nice property. It’s in a nice location with easy access to the shops. You can leave your vehicle there and walk to all the shops. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in an updated and quiet location. We plan on staying there again.

We have stayed here several times and will stay here again! A great home base for exploring Eureka Springs. Close to sites, shopping, restaurants. Having the dedicated parking spot definitely a bonus! The space itself is very comfortable, and having an outdoor seating area was a delight (at night at least; it was hot when we visited!). Highly recommend for couples in particular.

Clean and great location

This property was well decorated, clean and close to town. It was a definite plus to have parking right at the unit. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in downtown Eureka. Our only glitch was trying to find the entrance to the apartment. The parking faces the unit downstairs so you have to go around the corner to get to the stairs for the second floor.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Aspen’s villa and loved it as much as the first! It’s very convenient to everything in town so much so that we never even moved our car the whole weekend. We were able to walk everywhere! Inside is clean and safe and very comfortable. We will choose Aspen’s again next time we visit Eureka Springs!
