This phenomenal 2,407 sq. ft. house in Eugene offers 3 bedrooms for guests - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a twin bed. Sleeps 8 persons.There is also a large living room with a projector and screen and den. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. Also, there is a full laundry room with an LG Washer and Dryer. The house is down the street from a full track and field that athletes use to warm-up prior to competitions, as well as the frisbee golf course and pickle ball and tennis courts. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like central heating and A/C, WiFi, Roland Drum Set, musical instruments, a rowing machine, bicycles, electric scooters and soccer goals.
