Park-like setting in Laurelwood-University area. 1.9 acres of lush grounds with multiple gardens, patios, fountains, decks, pickle-ball court, hammock and sitting areas create a garden of Eden to soothe the sole. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full laundry room and ample open space accommodates 10 in beds, plus 6 more on pull outs etc. Home features spacious bedrooms, two living rooms, master suite, hot tub, outside shower, large gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, bar, and full dining room which provides solitude or gathering spaces for all. Great for a large family. Pickle-ball, shuffleboard, ping pong, corn-hole, croquet, fire pit and BBQ create fun-filled areas for entertaining. Expansive windows and vaulted ceilings embraces the natural light and forest views. Some bikes on site . Next to Ribbon Trail and Laurelwood Golf Course. 1/2 mile from Hayward Field and the University of Oregon. 2 miles from all downtown activities.
