Good neighborhood; walkable (if you do hills) to great little grocer and restaurant as well as neighborhood park. Minutes into downtown or campus. Very clean. Linens are nice bed is only so so..which is a tad bit disappointing given how great everything else is! Have stayed twice..more comfortable when husband was with me..entrance a bit dark at night.

Wonderful unit:). Great layout and immaculate. Kitchen well appointed for cooking. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Wish there was aWay to obtain key upon check in; wasnt a fan of needing to repeatedly use keypad. Dark area at night which as a single woman made me uncomfortable. Other than that- wonderful!

The unit was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Nice deck. Sheets, towels, pillows all high quality. I would stay here again.The only thing I would note: the windows all have nice blinds for privacy; however, the front door has a beveled glass window that allows you to see the entire kitchen/dining/living area. The unit is at the top of a steep dead-end street, so no foot traffic, but neighbors coming and going. Would be nice to be able to block that.

The place was exactly how it was described. Communication was great - response to any questions/concerns were answered quickly. Upon initial entrance there was an odor likely just b/c basement and carpet is old. Other than that very clean and great location. We would stay again.

Great Location, Great Stay!

This vacation rental was perfect for our visit to Eugene to see family and friends. It was very comfortable and in a great location. An extra treat was the spacious deck with a lovely westerly view of the sunsets. Everything was an advertised, and the communications with the host were very good. When back in Eugene, we would definitely hope to stay here again!

The home was nice and clean. Location was good for us. However, the wifi did not work our entire stay. I followed all of the directions on the Trip Manager and from the emails I received from the homeowner and we still were never able to connect to wifi. I could not work, we could not stream anything on the television, and we could do almost nothing on our phones. When I contacted Vacasa regarding this issue, they said they were unable to provide partial refund. Because of the wifi issues, I would never stay at this home again.
