You will quickly feel at ease in this comfortable house, located in a nearly completed housing estate, near the beaches and the port. It can accommodate 8 people.

The ground floor is organised around a living area that integrates the dining room, kitchen and living room. A master suite with private bathroom, a toilet, a laundry area and a garage (storage only) completes this level. Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms, a shower room with toilet, a study area, form a quiet sleeping space.

On the garden side, you will enjoy the terrace ideal for family meals and summer evening ends, under the pergola, around a barbecue.

The port and its shops are 5 minutes by car. The nearest beach is located 500 m on foot and is ideal for families with young children. A little further away are large white sandy beaches very renowned among water sports enthusiasts for their superb waves.

This beautiful house is ideal for a rejuvenating stay, with family or friends, in the land of dunes and megaliths.

Beaches, shore fishing, mini-golf, tennis court, horse riding, sailing school, water sports in all seasons (Surfing, Kitesurfing, Sand yachting, kayaking...). Numerous possibilities for hiking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths). Close to the children's beach in Étel.

The beaches of Erdeven and Sainte Barbe (10 minutes by car) and their famous waves delight surfers and kitesurfers.

For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 20 minutes by car.

In terms of living environment, the port of Étel, 5 minutes by car, offers its shops and restaurants. The streets of the town centre are a delight to explore in summer; strolling and enjoying the seafront terraces.



The region

At the entrance of the Ria, Étel bears witness to its past as a tuna fishing port and offers a most charming town centre with its restaurants, bars and shops.

Not far from there, the village of Saint Cado is a true postcard setting with its famous little house with blue shutters, isolated on a tiny islet. It is a privileged setting for spending holidays and exploring the region.

The region has immense beaches in the heart of preserved wild dunes, appreciated in all seasons.

It is also rich in megalithic sites. On foot, take advantage of the numerous hiking trails to discover and stroll among dolmens and tumuli. A few kilometres away, Carnac is a megalithic hotspot not to be missed.

By bicycle, using the greenway, you can reach Erdeven, Plouharnel or even Quiberon.
