The whole home is yours to enjoy during your stay. Please make yourself at home and treat it as your own.

Whether you’re hiking, dining, or simply relaxing by the fire pit, this home makes it easy to create lasting mountain memories.

-There is no A/C in two bedrooms in the lower level, however this level stays cool even in the summer

-The house is in downtown with a mixture of homes and businesses around, next door is an internet company with typical business hours and minimal traffic

-If you want to avoid the downtown parking craziness, there is a paved path that leads right into the heart of downtown. It is about a quarter mile to get to the edge of downtown (where there is a great coffee shop along the big Thompson river- Kind Coffee)

House Rules

We’re thrilled to host you! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. Age Requirement: All guests must be 21 or older, except for children accompanied by their parents.

2. Security Camera: For your safety, one security camera is installed outside the main entrance only.

3. Pet Policy : No Pets. Non-compliance of the pet policy will result in an additional cleaning fee of $500

4. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $1000 penalty applies for violations.

5. No Refunds for Uncontrollable Events: We do not offer refunds for weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, or any events beyond our control. We strongly encourage all guests to get travel insurance.

6. No Fires: Absolutely no open flames, including candles. Unauthorized fires will incur a $500 fine plus any damages.

7. Check-in/Check-out Times: Please honor our check-in and check-out times as our cleaners have a very busy schedule. Early arrivals or late departures will be charged $50 per hour.

8. No Parties or Events: Gatherings, parties, or events of any kind are not permitted. A $1000 penalty applies for violations and you will be asked to leave immediately.

9. Barbecue Grill: Kindly turn off the gas after using the BBQ.

10. Hot tub: The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Do not sit or stand on the cover. Please shower before use. Make sure to cover the hot tub when not in use. Use the hot tub at your own risk.

11. Sauna: The sauna is for guests 21 and over only. Sessions should be limited to 15 minutes. Pregnant guests or those with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use. No food, drinks, or glass items are permitted inside. Use the sauna at your own risk.

12. Firepit: This is a propane fire pit. Gas must be turned off and the firepit shut off before leaving the area. The firepit must not be left unattended. Children must be supervised.

13. Respect the Space: Treat our home with care, as you would your own. Our housekeeping team documents the home before and after each stay to ensure all rules are followed.

14. Neighborhood Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

15. Availability: We are available daily from 7 AM to 8 PM. If you message us outside those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
