Hurricane Erin hit the day we were traveling there. American Airlines cancelled our flight Saturday and Sunday then preceded to tell us the next flight was Thursday. The hotel told Expedia they would refund our money. It was our 30th anniversary. They lied nor did they offer solution or credit for another time. So disappointing. I won’t book here again nor use Expedia.

They did not want to accommodate us with a refund after letting us know that the facilities and the Beach access was not available. Why would I wanna come there and stay we couldn’t even lay in there so it wasn’t our fault and they have no sympathy for Customer Service they just want to Take your money for weather conditions, but it wasn’t my fault. Neither so please treat customers with respect as we have spent over 15 hours on a plane with this misled, also you guys have no kind of customer consideration, very disappointed.

All the staff was extremely helpful. Jayaire, the bartender in the lobby area was amazing. He came up with a special drink for us and it was a hit with several guests that asked what we were drinking. Other bartenders were not interested in learning it so we went elsewhere when he left daily at 5. He was amazing and made our trip even better. Best bartender!!
