Amazing week at this beautiful property! Gorgeous views and every outdoor activity you could ever want!Great floor-plan with comfortable space for all of our family members. House was meticulously clean and well equipped with everything for our stay. Location of the home was super convenient to everything in the Escondido and San Diego area. The hosts were super organized and helpful from beginning to end. We would absolutely return to this fabulous home!!!

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! Everything was spotless, organized and fully equipped! The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, basketball court, game room and all outdoor amenities were amazing! The host was welcoming and responsive. It was perfect for our extended family of 14. I can't say enough great things about Mo and this property. From the stunning one of kind views of Lake Hodges and the Mountains at Sunset to the property having every possible appliance and every perfect setup from the firepit to the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor kitchen and other seating areas everything was so well thought out.Then there is the game room with all the throwback 80's games we grew up on like Golden Tee, Galaga, Miss PacMan etc.Mo was also incredibly responsive to any issue and he was a pleasure to deal with.The house was great as well clearly setup to accomodate a lot of people. Mo provided all the accessories too. Pickleballs and paddles for the pickleball court / basketball court and putting green etc.All the Kitchen accessories were amazing too, he has very imaginable device, I have never experience a better equpped house and I have stayed at so many.All the bathrooms were very nice as well with nice showers etc and so many tvs in the house.The house was so nice and private and serene with the amzzing views of Lake Hodges.

An amazing house!!!! We have had yearly family vacations for 12 years. This is the first time we all want to come back again. The house has everything for every age group. There was not one thing that was lacking. Sometimes hosts don’t leave enough garbage bags or towels or shampoo and conditioner or …. We had absolutely everything we wanted. The pool and hot tub were tons of fun. The kids enjoyed the arcade, chess, putting and corn hole. There was plenty of area to throw a football. The adults loved the view of the lake and sunsets. Everyone enjoyed the basketball court and pickle ball. the kitchen is well stocked with supplies, utensils, plates, etc. and labeled so you can find everything you need. The pool area has comfortable furniture and is a perfect setting for an afternoon. You can’t go wrong staying at this fabulous house.

We had a great time at this property. The house is spacious and has all the amenities we needed. There are a lot of towels even ones for the pool. The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, pickle ball court, basketball court, game room, we tried them all. The house is cleaned well before we came in. The host is very responsive and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing

We had our family reunion here with age range between 6 months and 70 years. It was a perfect place with lots of relaxing seating and hot tub for adults, game courts, arcade and pool for teenagers and play-n-packs, cribs and high chairs for our two youngest grandchildren. Since we were such a large group, the kitchen and two large tables were perfect for family meals. The location provided beautiful views from several areas. It was also fairly close to airport, SeaWorld, the zoo and beaches.I can't say enough good things about this property and would strongly recommend it to large family groups. Thank you so much.

Perfect For Families!!

We stayed here for our family reunion. We had 17 people and we all slept comfortably! It was a perfect location. This property had so many different options for fun that we rarely left! The pool, hot tub, lawn games, volleyball court, basketball court, pickleball, game room and the over all comfort and spaciousness of the home made it a perfect place for our family reunion!

Our time at this beautiful house was just what my family needed for a fun time together. Kids loved the heated pool, basketball court and game room. The house was beautifully equipped, clean and the hosts were great so work with. Would love to stay here again!!! Highly recommended.

Our family had a great stay. Clean and comfortable inside with lots of space but the outside is where we spent most of our time. Activities galore kept both adults and kids happy! We’d book again without thought.

Great Property, Amazing Host, But That 10am Checkout...

This property was fantastic! It was well-maintained, beautifully set up, and offered a variety of entertainment options that kept our group engaged throughout our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any minor issues promptly and with a great attitude. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider returning, with one important caveat.The 10am checkout time was a significant drawback. While the property itself was wonderful, the early checkout put unnecessary pressure on our group, especially considering we were traveling with a baby. It's supposed to be a relaxing holiday, not a rushed morning trying to meet a strict deadline.Furthermore, most of our group had a long-haul, overnight flight that evening. Waking up early, spending the day exploring, and then enduring a 16 hour red-eye flight after a rushed checkout was far from ideal.We understand that hosts have schedules to maintain, but a little flexibility would have made a huge difference. Even a 15-30 minute extension, which is fairly standard in our experience, would have been appreciated. In fact, in over 10 years of staying in vacation rentals and hotels, this was the earliest checkout time we've ever encountered. Frankly, a later check-in time would be much preferred to such an early check-out.Overall, we highly recommend this property, but urge the host to reconsider the checkout policy to provide a more relaxed and enjoyable experience for future guests.

SO MUCH FUN!

Had the best time enjoying our family with the fabulous pool, corn hole, fire pit, pool table and full size basketball court with lowering hoops! Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable and communal areas spacious. Kitchen fully stocked with extra refrig!! There were two pack and plays as well. If youre looking for a place for fun for all ages without having to leave., this is it!

VERY GOOD

Great property for family. Many things to do for all ages. Nice improvements with the fake grass and hanging chairs. May want to consider new pool blow up toys though. Most in the pool box dont stay blown up. FYI a new chair in a box arrived while we were there. We brought it in and its by the front door.

Amazzzing!

This is the best house we have rented for our children and grandchildren. There were 15 of us, we had plenty of space. The home was clean, and has every essential you will need. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of games, we didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back!

Amazing stay in paradise

This was hands-down the best short-term rental I've ever done. The house is even better than the pictures suggest. It's super spacious (we stayed with 9 adults and 5 kids 3 and under). There is so much to do that you don't have to leave the house if you don't want to. We had the pool heated and it was just perfect. Once you're in, you almost don't want to get out. I appreciated that the hosts took exceptional care of everything. Everything is clearly labeled, instructions provided, working and sets are complete. The kids loved the pool, the grass patch outside and of course the game room. We had to drag them out of there :) Escondido is a perfect location with big stores close and we had Whole Foods delivered a few times. Nice shops in downtown Escondido as well. The Safari Park was less than a 15min drive and we got memberships and went about 4 times in 2 weeks. Absolutely perfect and this is the first time that I'm thinking of coming back to a rental.

Nice touches!!

The property and the home were wonderful! Mo was always quick to respond and easy to work with! I agree with the other reviewers on the many great features. I wanted to tell a few of the small, but really nice, touches in the home. The kitchen was huge and had an abundance of cabinets and drawers. This home is the first home we've stayed in that actually labeled each cabinet and drawer. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, spices, etc, that the labels were very appreciated! The landscaping was filled with gorgeous succulent plants in colors that were amazing. Every bathroom shower had large Pantene shampoo and conditioner, also shower gel. The beds were comfy! My skin is sensitive, so I always have to pack my own sheets, but I definitely didn't need them. The sheets on all of the beds were heavenly soft. Lots of nice little touches!!

Great family vacation!

Property was perfect, lots of room for kids to run and play. Very clean. Mo was extremely fast at responding any time we contacted him. Very easy to get in touch with him. Had a great time. Would recommend!
