Nice hotel, great breakfast.

Very nice hotel. We had to book very late because we could not get to our intended destination. They took care of us and made sure we had great rooms. Very nice breakfast.

Otel genel anlamda yeni ve güzel. Personel güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Yemek büfesi ve lezzetler güzel. Kayak tatili için girmiştik. Kayak merkezine servisi var. Ayrıca kayak odasıda bulunuyor. Kayak odasında Çağrı beye özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. İşini özenle yapıyor. Tek bir sıkıntı yaşadık. Sabah olan uçak saati yanlış not almışlar. Sabah olan uçağı akşam olarak yazmışlar. Bu yüzden sabah reception a indiğimizde transfer aracı yoktu. Bu yanlışlık üzerine birde Lokman bey diye bir beyefendiden beklemediğimiz bir şekilde terslenmeyle karşılaştık. Normalde yardımcı olunması hatanın kabul edilmesi gereken yerde sanki biz hatalıymışız gibi bir tavırla karşı karşıya kaldık. Sonra araç geldi ve valizleri araca götürürken hiç yardımcı olunmadı. Araca kendimiz götürdük bagaj kapısını açma zahmetinde bile bulunmayacaklardı. Valizleri araca koyuyoruz öyle bakıyorlar. Buna bir anlam veremedik. Öyle güzel bir otele yakışmayan bir durum oldu. Bu kadar güzel geçen tatilimiz son dakika bir kişinin davranış ve tutumları yüzünden kötü oldu. Genel anlamda herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Son dakika yaşadığımız talihsizlik dışında.

DO NOT book this hotel through Expedia. They have some serious miscommunications between each other. I booked half board for two rooms with 6 people, paid an extra $400 for this only to hear the hotel say we only have bed and breakfast. After endless hours on chat and phone calls, expedia promised to take care of it. I will need to pay for the dinner charge and then get reimbursed for it. Well after I sent in the receipt, I had to chat with them again, they reviewed it and then finally offered to give me $200 in one key credit which I still haven’t received yet. Not a real refund. Sadly this overshadowed our whole stay and this review.

Hotel was almost brand new condition! I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey,they don't eat every food! Breakfast cheff did it very specially! Highly recommended! Will go back again definitely. 5 star service, Thank you Ramada by Wyndham *****
