Mehmet (in the breakfast area) was super courteous, professional, and friendly. He would serve me the soup and tea and bring a basket of bread to my table (as if I were at a restaurant).

CONS AND PROS

It's was not bad. In 5th Floor we stayed and the elevator's power-box located there, causing disturbance and noises. Also one of the beds were not comfortable and pleasant. Though, WiFi speed, Cleanness and staff were great.

It is the staff who make a difference

I was staying for one night on my way from Ankara to Georgia. On arrival, i was greeted by the very friendly host. I booked in and then asked about onward travel to Hopa to go to Georgia. The host then helped me book a bus ticket for next morning to Hopa aswell as negotiating a price an ataxi that is just outside the hoetel door, Really excellent service.Thankyou.
