Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit zwei Familien gebucht und hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit dort. Das Haus ist sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr den Urlaub benötigt. Besonders positiv war die naturnahe Lage, die fĂŒr Ruhe und Entspannung sorgt.Allerdings gibt es auch einige Punkte, die uns weniger gefallen haben. Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, was wir als unangenehm empfunden haben. Durch die Lage inmitten der Natur begegnet man hĂ€ufiger Spinnen und auch MĂ€usen, was man wissen sollte, wenn man dort bucht. Zudem ist das Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgewohnt.Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir uns wohlgefĂŒhlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Ein fader Beigeschmack bleibt allerdings: Nach unserer Abreise wurden wir von der Vermieterin kontaktiert, die uns eine beschĂ€digte Bodenfliese in Rechnung stellte. DafĂŒr wurden uns 450,- berechnet, obwohl wir uns keiner BeschĂ€digung bewusst sind. Das hat den insgesamt positiven Eindruck leider etwas getrĂŒbt.

L’annonce est belle, les photos sont belles, mais rien ne reflĂšte la rĂ©alitĂ© de cette piteuse maison ! Une chambre sans fenĂȘtre, moisi au plafond. Une piscine sale, avec une sĂ©curitĂ© laissant Ă  dĂ©sirer. Aucun accueil de la part des propriĂ©taires Maison sale Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Des relations trĂšs mauvaises avec le propriĂ©taire (ce n’est jamais de sa faute !) Une plomberie qui fait partager Ă  l’ensemble de la maison d’affreuses remontĂ©es d’égouts. Une Ă©lectricitĂ© douteuse (plusieurs passages au tableau Ă©lectrique pour remonter des disjoncteurs) En bref, je ne peux que dĂ©conseiller cette location !

Erholung zwischen den BĂ€umen - nah am Meer

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir sind zu dritt angereist. Unsere verspĂ€tete Anreise stellte kein Problem dar. Das Haus liegt zwischen den BĂ€umen und man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am wunderbaren Strand. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und eine sehr große Terrasse. Das Billard haben wir gerne genutzt! Die KĂŒche ist sehr groß, ein, zwei kleine Töpfe mehr wĂ€ren ganz praktisch. Es ist sehr ruhig und Erquy ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es ist eine kleine Stadt mit einem guten BĂ€cker, FischgeschĂ€ften und Restaurants. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten AusflĂŒge zu unternehmen, Spazierenzugehen und das Panorama und die vielfĂ€ltigen StrĂ€nde zu nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit Frau und Herrn Fresnel war sehr gut.

Unser Aufenthalt im Juli 2021

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Bretagne. Das Haus hat eine große KĂŒche, die gut ausgestattet ist. Der Pool ist wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und wir hatten viel Spaß darin. Uns persönlich hat die Aufteilung des Hauses nicht gut gefallen. Zwischen den beiden HaushĂ€lften liegt der Pool, so dass man immer durch den meist nassen Bereich musste, wenn man von der KĂŒche ins Wohnzimmer (oder umgekehrt) wollte. Gleichzeitig ist die EingangstĂŒr die TerrassentĂŒr des Pools. D.h. man steht mit Straßenschuhen und EinkĂ€ufen immer erstmal im Badebereich. Die beiden SchlafrĂ€ume unten waren sehr schlecht zu lĂŒften. Das eine Zimmer hatte keinerlei Fenster nach außen. Das andere nur ein sehr, sehr kleines Fenster. Da das Zimmer auch ein offenes Badezimmer ohne TĂŒr hatte und so die nasse Luft vom Duschen kaum abziehen konnte, hatte man im ganzen rechten Haus immer ein bisschen das GefĂŒhl von NĂ€sse und feuchtem Geruch. Im Badezimmer war zwar ein sehr kleines, zusĂ€tzliches Fenster, aber auch das ging nicht nach außen auf, sondern in den Poolbereich, wo es ebenfalls feucht war. Die Vermieter hatten vorsorgliche Duftstecker in die Steckdosen gesteckt, vermutlich um den feuchten Geruch etwas zu verbessern. Aber uns hat der chemische Geruch noch mehr gestört. Die beiden Zimmer oben, im linken Hausbereich waren ganz ok. Eins davon hatte ein eigenes, kleines Badezimmer. Diese beiden Zimmer hatten auch ein recht vernĂŒnftiges Fenster nach außen. Die Ameisenplage im Haus hatten wir auch. Aber da hat der Vermieter schnell Abhilfe geschaffen.

Les jumelles de Roziou est une maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, claire ouverte sur un jardin magnifique au goĂ»t de la rĂ©gion. La literie est trĂšs confortable. Multiples activitĂ©s (billard, baby foot) plage accessible Ă  pieds. Nous avons mĂȘme profitĂ© de la terrasse en fĂ©vrier ! Les piĂšces de vie sont trĂšs fonctionnelles et dĂ©corĂ©s. La piscine offre un moment de dĂ©tente surtout la nuit avec ses lumiĂšres bleutĂ©es. Elsa notre hĂŽtesse d'accueil nous a bien accueilli et rassurĂ© Merci pour notre sĂ©jour Mr Fresnel.

Notre impression est mitigĂ©e. La maison est trĂšs jolie, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et adaptĂ©e Ă  une grande famille. Le billard et le baby-foot sont super. En revanche nous avons eu des problĂšmes techniques avec la piscine ce qui Ă©tait assez contrariant, et des fourmis volantes dans une des chambres qu’il a fallu aspirer plusieurs fois par jour. A part ces deux soucis, la literie est bonne, l’endroit est bien placĂ©, assez calme, propice Ă  la dĂ©tente.
