I was here with a group and we were all staying around Epernay. The hotel staff were great and friendly when I had any interactions with them. No iron or ironing board in the rooms, I was provided with one when asked but it was very dated and barely worked, the ironing board was rusty etc. Good walkable location, rooms are very small - was good for one person but no room to really move around etc. Good base to explore from.

The staff were very helpful (Lena on reception went above and beyond - her attention to detail was exceptional!). We arrived early and they made a room available for us. Breakfast was very good - typical French which was good since we were in France! Room very comfortable especially the bed! Balcony was a lovely place to relax in the sun!! Will be staying again when we next visit Épernay.

Hotellet ligger tæt på Avenue de Champagne. Personalet er venligt og morgenmaden er ok. Hotellet er slidt, der er meget lydt imellem værelserne og du skal være tynd, hvis du vil bruge toilettet på værelset. Senegene er okay og airconditionanlæget fungerer rigtigt godt.
