Rooms are nice and quiet. Room was a bit stuffy, could not get it to cool down even with the window open. Staff was very polite and helpful. Explained things well.

The overall service at the hotel made my stay so easy from the airport shuttle to the ease of check-in and check-out. There were only two small issues. I had not experienced the need to insert the room key inside the room to turn on the lights but a call to the front desk easily and nicely took care of that. Also I was told there would be coffee and bread available at 5:00 a.m. the next morning and that did not happen. It wasn't a big deal because I had to leave at 5:10 anyway!

Property was close to the airport and had free onsite parking. Across the street from the train station and grocery stores within walking distance. Room had everything we needed, including a little fridge. Would stay there again. Good value!

Location is excellent and reaching good restaurants or train station are very easy. However,as it was hot the portable air conditioner was very noisy and not very effective. There is a significant amount of street noise. Bathroom shower is weird and the towels are worn. Carpets dirty. Worst was to get charged more than Travelocity quoted and not be able to get help from Travelocity. Sad to experience this with a decent hotel.

The location was an easy walk to the train station, but a nasty store just down the street!. There is no AC and it was quite hot and the carpet in the room was very dirty!
