Book a hotel near Encore Melaka, Malacca City

"Book a junior suite, room is clean and bed is comfortable . Only issues is the hot water in the bathroom, it’s always burning hot when showering no matter which direction you turn. Need to keep the curtain always closed as room assigned to me is 13th floor and outside is a sort of a landing platform for roof assess and people can look in your room if curtain not drawn. 13tg floor is too quiet and given near a corner room, abit.. Breakfast is normal . Staff are very friendly . Location is very convenience to reach most tourist spot and shopping mall. "

"Property is far from attractiions, need to take Grab in/out. Furnishings are outdated and not clean. Stains are found on chairs and sofa. Washroom basin and toilet also have brown stains. Iron board had burnt marks. No hand soap, only one bottle soap and shampoo. Amenities are limited. Only positive note is customer service was responsive to my asks for the big problems. BTW, they don’t seem to check Expedia messages, you need to contact them via Whatsapp."

"The apartment is badly maintained. Smelly curtain and cupboard. Sticky floor. Broken sofa, no wifi and many more broken items. Toilet roll wasn’t provided as staff claimed that it is out of stock and told me to buy myself. Found a used condom under the bedsheet. Parking is so inconvenient as we can only park at level 4. Location is far from the tourist area and very noisy from the motorcycles at night. "

The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment."
