The lady at the Front desk. The original room we had booked had an issue with the heater. The temperature in the room was close to 80 degrees. We went back to the front desk and were immediately upgraded to a Suite. She was very friendly and provided great customer Service.

Staff was friendly and professional, from the housekeepers to the front desk. Location was very convenient, with comfortable luxury beds and exceptionally clean bathrooms. We had a room issue when we arrived, but the night desk person was very helpful and gave us another room.

The room and the staff were fine, however the fire alarm went off 3 times during our stay requiring us to get dressed and go to the lobby with no explanation from the front desk person. The last time the alarm went off was 3:30 am causing us to stay awake

Nous privilégions cette chaîne hôtelière pour la qualité des prestations, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner gourmand et les lits confortables. Tout était vraiment très bien sauf : Aucune chambre allouée à la clientèle sans animaux. Même si elles sont bien nettoyées, j’ai toussé une bonne partie de la nuit étant allergique aux poils d’animaux. Il est ÉVIDEMMENT impossible de nettoyer à fond une pièce de fond en comble à chaque fois. D’autres hôtels proposent des chambres sans hébergement pour animaux. Je suggère fortement que leur politique soit révisée à cet effet dans l’avenir sinon, je n’y remettrai plus les pieds.

Easy access to highway and tons of convenient food options close by. Would stay here again. Only noticeable thing was that my duvet was dirty. Obviously wear and tear from years, likely washed but stained. Overall the room was clean, but I felt a little grossed out & stuck with the top sheet. Mattress was extremely comfortable.
