Arrived around 2:30, they said my room wasnt ready yet that it would be about an hour. Room was not ready until almost 6:00 pm, very frustrating and messed our day up. The room was nice and clean though.

We booked a room at this hotel for my 4 year old son to swim in the pool and we weren’t told it was closed until after we checked in. We were extremely disappointed since he was so excited about swimming for the first time this summer.

Dear valued guest Thankyou for staying at our property. We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry for hat when you chceked inn the pool was closed . We had to close pool due to maintenance issues and it will be open soon once the pool pump is fixed which was broke the day of your checkin . We already have posted a sign for the guests to inform before checkin that pool is closed at the front desk . We are sorry you were disappointed. More over we will contact you soon as our pool is open so you can be back with your son and he can have fun in this summer . I apologize again as it was a unforeseen incident that we had to close pool as the pump broke on its own . We have orders a new pump and it should be arriving soon just delayed due to weekends. I always stay there when i go to sulfur springs .nice staff very friendly and willing to help.you can have dogs there also..i like that theyhave a patio .

Front desk clerk was nice, gave me our key and told me room number. We were there at 5 and told room would be available at 2. Went to room and housekeeping was in there with the entire room still needing to be set up. Went to change rooms and had to go to a double bed room instead of king size. Went back to new room and key didn’t work, so I had to go back to office again. After we were finally in the room, everything was fine. Seemed clean, and we had no other issues.
