Cooleemee Place North is perfect for the beach-goer or the fisherman. Come, Relax and Enjoy this quaint cottage with your family! Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and shares a Bath with Bedroom #2. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed as well as a Twin Bunk and a shared Bath with Bedroom #1! Living Area has a Flat Screen TV.

Additional Amenities: Direct TV, Full Kitchen, Wireless Internet, Outdoor Swing.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance Year-Round.

Great location

The duplex is within walking distance of the beach which is why I chose it. No need to pay $30/day to park at the pier! The furniture is smart especially since it allows dogs. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is oddly arranged and hard to prepare food due to a lack of counter space, but it was well stocked except for a large pot which I bought. We stayed during July 4th week which made it more expensive than it's worth but at least we got to see fireworks from the pier up and down the coastline without having to drive anywhere. The best part was spending every day at the beach!
