Pebble Beach B-306 is a Third Floor Almost Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo only 1 building from the ocean located in the the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants.

The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa (linens not provided) and an ocean view balcony with furniture. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher.

Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and an oceanview balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a small balcony. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and a small balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Ceiling fans in every bedroom! High Chair & Port-A-Crib!
