Sur les hauteurs d’Embrun, dans un quartier résidentiel au calme au bout d’une rue en impasse, c’est dans cet environnement propice au ressourcement en famille ou entre amis que Dominique, la propriétaire, aura le plaisir de vous accueillir. Le gîte « La Maison des Vignes » se situe dans une maison individuelle et se compose de deux niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée : une chambre avec deux lits simples jumelables ; une chambre double avec balcon privatif donnant sur le plan d’eau et les montagnes environnantes ; ainsi qu’une salle de bain/WC. Au rez-de-jardin avec accès par un escalier intérieur : pièce de vie spacieuse avec cuisine équipée, espace repas et coin détente aménagé au coin du feu, le tout donnant sur la terrasse exposée plein Sud et le jardin attenant en pente ; buanderie ; une 3e chambre avec deux lits simples jumelables bénéficiant de sa terrasse privative ; et salle d’eau/WC. Une place de parking privative devant le gîte et 2 places sur le parking public. Chauffage électrique. Depuis le gîte vous pourrez vous promener dans la forêt et aller jusqu'au torrent de Sainte Marthe (idéal pour la promenade digestive ou des chiens), au Mont Guillaume ou encore au plan d’eau d’Embrun. A 20 mn à pied du centre d'Embrun, de la gare et à 20 mn en voiture des stations de ski (les Orres, Réallon, Crévoux). Venez profiter d’un environnement d’exception et des nombreuses activités de découverte ou de pleine nature proposées dans cette région avec départ immédiat sur les chemins de randonnées, circuits VTT, sans oublier les plaisirs des sports d'hiver (ski alpin, de randonnée, surf, raquettes…) dans les stations environnantes qui sauront ravir toute la famille. La nature à portée de mains vous promet un séjour inoubliable.

Nice house in beautiful place

First time visit to Embrun and it was really spectacular. The old town center is around 15-20 minutes walk from the house (quite steep uphill home), and there are spectacular nature to visit by foot, bike or car all around the area. Dominique was very alert to answer all our messages, and the house itself was just like expected from the description on Vrbo. I can absolutely recommend this place

Séjour au top

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances parfaite dans une maison remarquable : spacieuse , propre , bien équipée ,cheminée , belle terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne et le lac de Serre-Ponçon . Le coin est très calme , ce fut donc très reposant et ressourçant .La station des Orres n est pas loin et les pistes sont très agréables , toujours ensoleillées . Dominique est une hôte très gentille , accueillante et à l’écoute . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Embrun Lac Serre de Poncon

Schönes Haus, ruhig am Hang gelegen. Alles da was man braucht. 5-10 Min. zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Vermieterin sehr aufmerksam, sogar Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde gestellt. Garage kann zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern benutzt werden.

Un bel endroit, pour un excellent séjour

La maison est tres confortable et bien située, au calme avec tous les avantages d'une excellente situation (centre Embrun, stations des skis, balades et bord du lac tres accessibles). Ajoutons le calme, les chemins juste a coté, une vue splendide... un bel endroit pour un bon bol d'air. Avec en plus une hôtesse tres sympathique et attentive. C'est parfait !
