"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was in good condition, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed, including a stove, microwave, private jacuzzi, and beautiful views. We stayed on the first floor with direct access to the pool, which was also very nice.
The main issue we experienced was the lack of available staff. On one occasion, our room was not serviced and our towels were not replaced. When we called to ask about it, we were simply told that it was the staff’s day off. I understand that employees need days off, but a hotel with guests should always have someone available to assist, especially when families with children are staying there. For example, if a child has an accident and the sheets need to be changed, there should be someone available to help.
I believe this is the main area the hotel needs to improve. There should always be someone available at the front desk or at least an on-call staff member who guests can easily reach when assistance is needed.
Another issue happened about three days before our departure, when we received a notice saying that we owed a €25 fee. During those last three days, every time I returned to the hotel, I checked the front desk because I wanted to pay it, but there was never anyone there. I genuinely did not know who to pay or where to leave the money. In the end, we had to leave without being able to pay the €25.
