The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower had an abundance of soap scum and calcium build up on the shower walls, the shower head and the faucet.

The minute we checked into our room, we seen a french fry on the floor, next to the bed was a piece of toilet paper also food crumbs on the nightstand, The tub had a soap stuck to the bottom of it, which makes me believe they didn’t scrub the tub. I called to speak to a manager and never got a return call or email from the manager, Amanda. The beds were comfortable, so were the pillows, but the cleanliness of the room was a problem.
