We were in room 202 and the mattress needs replaced my husband and I both kept rolling to center of the bed because the mattress felt it had a hole in it. I know it didn’t but that’s how it felt. I did mention it to the front desk clerk but i am not sure she was going to do anything about it.

Nice stay

The check in was quick and easy. The service with the staff was wonderful! Breakfast had a large variety, including hot items. Only issue was the tv would then on but nothing else happened with it. I did not report it until checkout because I was tired and was only using it to check the weather.

A great place to stay!

Front desk attendant was very friendly, quick, and efficient. Room was ready when we arrived and on the first floor which ee really appreciated. Bed was very comfy, and one of the nicest showers we have encountered. A great place to stay!

Hateful working in the breakfast area

Our door room 407 had issue with the door lock. Also at breakfast my sister who has health issues accidentally dropped her fruit cup and it busted and spilled on the floor. Again it was an accident and the lady working the breakfast area threw a cloth right behind my sister and made a loud UGH and then spoke in Spanish It was very rude and was not called for. My sister had said sorry and your employee made her feel bad. So this was very upsetting this morning for us.
